Shipping Policy

We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders over $250. For orders under $250, standard shipping rates will apply. All orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays.

We ship all orders via USPS Ground, ensuring reliable and timely delivery. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your package’s journey.

At this time, we only offer shipping within the United States. We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes or international destinations.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all original packaging to be eligible for a return or exchange.

Return Process:

• To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team at hello@landthelabel.com with your order number and reason for return.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method or send a replacement for an exchange.

Please note that final sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.
